What I had for dinner...


Evening,
So this evening I had baked Tilapia,1 cup of steamed broccoli,and 1 slice of garlic bread which I shouldn't have had. Thru out my day I snacked on a few peanuts,yogurt,banana, and lots of water. Now I'm off to the gym....

  3. Yes girl, this dinner looks FANTASTIC and u are definately on the right track! I am proud of ya!! Get that protein in that diet, yes yes girl!!! Keep going and keep posting your meals because i am eating this tonight!
